MICROMESH TECHNOLOGIES has completed the project on the development, introduction and preparation for certification of Quality Management System for compliance with the requirements of GOST ISO 9001-2011 (ISO 9001: 2008). In August 2015, our Company has successfully passed the first stage – the certification audit of the Quality Management System. A year later, in August 2016 the Company received a certificate, confirming compliance with the requirements of GOST ISO 9001-2011 (ISO 9001: 2008)
Experts of the certification center “State Regional Center of Standardization, Metrology and Testing” have been examining the Quality Management System existing on the enterprise. The examination was held in two phases: firstly, QMS documentation was analyzed; on the second phase the experts checked operation of the QMS directly in the Company’s divisions. As a result of the tests the experts confirmed full compliance. The Expert Group has highly appreciated the Company’s level, as well as the readiness of the Company for the certification.
The issued certificate states that the Quality Management System applied to the manufacture of woven mesh, knitted and woven products, sealing wire, products of expanded mesh with small and ultra-small cell size, as well as all the products manufactured by the Company fully meets the requirements of GOST ISO 9001 -2011 (ISO 9001: 2008).
The key to success of works on creation of the QMS was the ongoing support on its development and implementation by the CEO of the Company, as well as involvement in the work of all the employees of MICROMESH TECHNOLOGIES.
The basis for the successful implementation of QMS was Company mission clearly expressed by top management and accepted by the personnel, which is the fundamental basis for the development of its strategies and policies. The strategy forms the desired image of the Company, brings staff together into a single team and mobilizes it to achieve its objectives. A policy creates a basis for the establishment of business objectives in the field of quality and is a reference point in planning and implementing activities in all divisions of the Company.
The result of work on the creation and implementation of the QMS has become not only a formal expression of the new standards in the relevant documentation. A structure was created which became an integral part of the overall enterprise management system and which affects all departments and aspects of the Company.
The Certificate of Conformity to the requirements of GOST ISO 9001-2011 (ISO 9001: 2008) has become a serious step for our company on the way of a lot of work on the continual improvement of quality and improvement of the entire enterprise management system in order to increase its effectiveness and efficiency.
